How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund in two ways:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your transaction
• Or email us at yesbrainer@offline.ltd with your order details, and we will initiate the refund for you

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

After the refund

Upon refund, your license will be revoked. We trust our users — if you've already installed YesBrainer, we simply ask that you delete it.
