Your game mechanic has political implications. Did you mean them?
A resource-management game where scarcity drives conflict. Players hoard, compete, and occasionally cooperate. The emergent gameplay is fun. But the Economic lens shows you've built a zero-sum worldview into the core loop. The Political lens shows the implicit argument that competition is natural and cooperation is exceptional. The Ethical lens asks whether your game rewards behaviour you'd condemn in real life.
None of this means you should change the mechanic. It means you should know what your mechanic says — and decide whether you're saying it on purpose.
The best games are intentional. Yesbrainer helps you see what you're saying.
